ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification (8 hours)
Chinese, English, Korean and Spanish. Approved translator assistance is available in other languages.
An essential course from the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. All instruction is delivered by certified ServSafe® instructors in their native language. Approved translator assistance is available in these and other languages. Course book and exams are in Chinese, English, Korean and Spanish. Retesting and recertification exams also administered by approved, registered proctors.
The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The exam is valid, reliable and legally defensible. Manager certification is mandated in many states. Exam-based certification is valid for 5 years. Classes can be held in any location and include all instruction, textbook and certification exam.

ServSafe® Starter Program (Basic Food Handler Class 3 hours)
The ServSafe® Starter training and assessment program is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees.
The 3 hour class is offered in several languages in addition to those offered for Manager Certification. Includes a printed booklet with assessment that can be an instructional tool for managers or used as a self-study guide.

ServSafe® Alcohol
ServSafe® Alcohol is a course for wait-staff, bartenders and other “front-of-house” staff in alcohol service and safety. The ServSafe® program is the industry’s leading alcohol safety training program. All instructional materials and texts are licensed products of NRAEF.
The course and materials cover essential information, including alcohol laws and responsibilities, evaluating intoxication levels, dealing with difficult situations and checking identification. All instructors are certified as Instructor/Proctors by NRAEF.
